Standard Service

We market the property, find a tenant, undergo referencing, sort out the admin and inventory, register deposit and handle the move-in process efficiently.

Full Management Service

Monthly Fee: 10%

In addition to our standard service, we oversee all issues related to letting a property; ensuring minimal effort for our hands-off landlords.
